Relapse currently ships primarily within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $5.00 per order.
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Customers will receive order information using the email address provided during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- Sale or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
